WELCOME OUR NEWEST KWG MEMBERS
We are thrilled to introduce you all to our newest KWGers, Liala Gelman, Kylee Czerwinski, Victoria Baillie & Emma Steinberg.
Liala Gelman graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. Liala is passionate about creating opportunities for employees to be successful in the workplace, and to connect business objectives to people's needs. She has strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic. In her spare time, Liala loves to travel and is excited to join Karlen Williams Graybill.
Kylee is a Senior Communications Planner at KWG. Prior to this role, Kylee graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts & Design with a concentration in Creative Advertising and a Minor in General Business. After working various internships in the media industry during her time at JMU, Kylee landed a job at Horizon Media after graduation. At Horizon, Kylee worked as both an Assistant Digital Media Planner and a Digital Media Planner across a complex financial services client. In her free time, Kylee enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends, family, and 2 dogs (Theo and Otie), as well as catching up on reality TV.
Victoria is an Associate Director, Comms Planning with over 5 years of experience covering all aspects of strategic media planning, execution, and operations for both digital and traditional channels. Victoria has worked on a wide range of accounts from skincare and supplements to liquor and food. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys attending concerts, hanging out with friends, and keeping active through walks around New York City and doing pilates.
Emma is a recent graduate of the University of Delaware with a major in Marketing and a minor in Advertising. Throughout her time in college, she placed herself in a variety of work experiences, gaining knowledge in data analytics, social media marketing, public relations, and apparel creation. Emma loves all things art related; painting, drawing, photography, designing and dance. She also enjoys taking walks, trying different kinds of foods and traveling.
