WELCOME OUR NEWEST KWG MEMBERS
We are thrilled to introduce you all to our newest KWGers, Sebastian Del Principe, Erica Dalli, Kyle Wang & Jack Gorham.
Sebastian comes to KWG with experience in digital media with brands like Heineken and Anheuser-Busch. He has fostered key relationships with clients and vendors while developing strategic marketing plans and coordinating the execution of cross-channel campaigns. A native New Yorker and BU Grad, Sebastian explores great food and music while pursuing his passion for learning in his free time.
Erica Dalli is responsible for delivering forward-thinking, audience first, addressable programs as the new Sr. Director of Programmatic at KWG. She has 10 years of experience within the programmatic space on both the DSP and agency sides. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple verticals with top brands including Microsoft, Jaguar Land Rover and EA games. She was also has worked across all channels and formats including YouTube, DOOH and CTV and has hands on keyboard experience across all major DSPs such as DV360, TTD, Yahoo and Adelphic. Erica uses her strategic, analytical and problem-solving expertise to deliver recommendations that drive business outcomes for all clients.
Kyle Wang is a Director of Communications Planning at KWG with over 7 years of experience in strategic planning for both digital and traditional media. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to help clients from a variety of industries ranging from finance to luxury goods to pharmaceuticals.
His approach to planning is defined as “Analytically Driven, Creatively Executed.” In his spare time, he enjoys working out, cooking, and helping inner-city kids through a program called iMentor.
Jack has joined KWG as an Associate Media Buyer. He Graduated from Manhattan College in 2021, majoring in Media Production. Post-graduation, Jack gained experience on the buying side as an assistant for Active International. In his free time, Jack loves to golf, read crime novels, and watch the Yankees and Giants. His favorite food is Sushi!
